Changes and results
The peculiarity of the UGC is the fact, that its founder is the “working owner”, who has a good vision of the situation at the enterprise, cares about the staff and give the necessary support. This is vividly illustrated by the changes that happened at our company lately: - the enterprise is financially stable, the level of its economic efficiency rose; - the volumes of production and sales multiplied, the produce are in high demand with the customers, including supermarkets, wholesale traders and so on; - the management structure has been improved, together with the discipline and responsibility of the personnel. The employees realized their material interest in the results of work of the entire enterprise; - the enterprise added up its social-economic value in the development of Uman district; - the enterprise is constantly developing, it has established real, working market relations with other partners; - the UGC keeps up the tempo of its development of the basis of forming an efficient owner and the development of market activity. |
