NEW HEATING SYSTEM is characterized by a large number of thin pipes, equally distributed around the greenhouse. Because of that each plant receives an equal amount of heat waves. Use of thin pipes (50 mm in diameter) allow to decrease the use of water and to react better on the changes in temperature. Together with the computer control over the climate indicators (humidity and temperature) this gives a chance to react smoothly to the changes of temperature.
Gradual, soft transition from day to night temperature allows for considerable economy on heat energy. The construction of the greenhouses provides additional 8-10% translucence.
In order to support the FAVOURABLE MICRO-CLIMATE in the greenhouse on each stage of the plants’ growth the internal and external climate indicators (temperature, velocity and direction of the wind, humidity, solar activity level) are constantly monitored. On the basis of the received data a computer manages the work of the following systems: - ventilation (regulation of the angle of the windows’ openings);
- sunscreen shields;
- heating (regulation of the temperature of the upper and lower heating registrars, automatic activation of boilers);
- drop watering (supply of a regulated quantity of fertilizers to the plants);
- CO2 dosage (support of the necessary concentration);
- plants defense.
The reasons for choosing the DROP WATERING SYSTEM over the traditional one are as follows:
- precise dosage of the quantity of water supplied to every plant at a certain point of time;
- precise dosage of fertilizers;
- no water on the plant itself;
- economical application of water, ensured by its precise dosage.
SUSPENSION PANS. In 2005 our company started to grow tomatoes indoors in suspension pans. The application of suspension pans is most economical from the point of view of optimal usage of the useful surface. The pans are installed at a certain level in order to simplify the work connected with gardening and harvesting. It heightens the efficiency of labor and also considerably improves the technology of indoor gardening.
